After careful consideration, an implementation roadmap will be created for all stakeholders detailing timeframes and milestones.


Stakeholder Engagement

Forming a project team to become the MSP champions is vital to ensuring a successful implementation.  Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the benefits to them and their departments.  Individual one on one training with regular daily and weekly communications for initial product operation moving to post implementation support.


Agency Engagement

Early engagement with the agency supply chain to introduce the MSP platform with full product overview and training. Establish contracts detailing commercial offer, key performance indicators, service levels required and scope of supplier audits.


System Configuration

There is the choice of an off the shelf product with full business functionality or an opportunity to develop a fully customised system to be fully aligned to your specific business processes, workflows and systems with a complementary suite of corresponding management reports. A fully configured system of this level of typically takes six to twelve weeks to complete.


Go Live

You will have a dedicated Account Director charged with conducting regular reviews, provide feedback and work closely with you to ensure best practice is maintained throughout the program.  Continuous improvement and industry updates will form part of the review process.
